Helpful Info
Filter water 2-3 times before first use to clean the refill. Water will become clear after a few filtrations.
Pouring flow rate: 0.8-2.0 L/min. If flow slows, shake jug slightly or remove top lid and replace.

Microfiltration Technology
PitcherPro uses a 4-stage microfiltration system with activated carbon and alkaline beads.
Coconut-based activated carbon block absorbs chemicals, gases, metals, and organics via its microscopic, highly porous structure.
As water passes through, substances like limescale, chlorine (causing bad taste), heavy metals, sand, rust, sediment, lead, mercury, salmonella, legionella, pesticides, herbicides, drug residues, nitrates, and 80 contaminants larger than 1-2 µm (microns) are retained in spherical carbon particles. Result: Pure, filtered water ready for consumption.
Usage Tips
Replace new refill every 3 months to preserve filtration efficiency. Why?
Refill is made of carbon, an organic material that can become a breeding ground for microorganisms, potentially leading to bacteria growth over time. These bacteria accumulate behind the filter and contaminate water.
Additionally, filtered limescale will reduce flow over time depending on source water hardness.
Optimal water temperature: 5-38ºC.
